I saw it in the markets for purchase up through the seventies, but it has disappeared. I have looked for recipes that would be similar so I could get my fix by baking it. It was rolled, jellyroll fasion, with sprinkles of pecans or walnuts, cinnamon, and a sugar, honey, or some type of sweet syrup. It came either whole or pre-sliced. It wasn’t that big and it had a kind of dense texture, not light and airy. Anyway, if anyone is familiar or knows where I can purchase or find a recipe, please reply.
